How can I confirm my account has been successfully opened?
Once the account has been successfully opened, you will receive our email notification.
If you are our online trading customer, you will receive our email notification with account number and login password.

5. 我何時會收到「日結單」?
如果您的賬戶有股票交易、資金提存、股票提存或派息等任何股票或結餘變動，我們都會發送「日結單」給您。
When will I receive my day trade transaction statement?
If you have any securities transaction, deposit or withdrawal, dividend received or any movement in your account, you will receive your day trade transaction statement.
6. 我何時會收到「月結單」?
如果當月您的賬戶有股票,帳戶餘額或帳戶中有任何活動，我們都會發送月結單給您。
When will I receive my monthly transaction statement?
If you have any securities, account balance or any movement in your account, you will receive your monthly transaction statement.

您需要填交表格給我們辦理，亦須發出指示予相關證券商或託管商與我們進行交收。
How can I transfer my shares to other custodian?
You need to fill in the form for us and deliver instruction to related custodian to process.
