存款須知 Deposit Notice:
客戶須於存款收據(連支票正面圖像，如適用)上填上客戶姓名，再傳真至 (852) 3702 0266 或 電郵至 cr@ffchk.com 客戶服務部。
Client should write down the Client Name and sign (for cash deposit only) on the deposit slip (with cheque image if applicable) and send to our Customer Services Department via fax at (852) 3702 0266 or via email at cr@ffchk.com

1.	客戶可以1. 支票、2. 轉賬 或 3. 轉數快 方式存款至First Fidelity Capital (International) Limited (“FFCIL”)。
	Clients may deposit fund to First Fidelity Capital (International) Limited (“FFCIL”) by 1. Cheque; 2. Transfer; and 3. Fast Payment System (FPS).
2.	所有於下午四時後收到通知之存款， 將視為下一個交易日之存款處理。
	For Client’s notice for fund deposit after 4:00 p.m., such deposit will be considered as next day deposit and will be handled on the next trading day.
3.	支票存款 (包括透過銀行櫃檯、支票存款機)
	Cheque Deposit (including deposit through bank counter and cheque deposit machine)
	客戶必須複印支票正面圖像(圖像須清晰顯示客戶姓名)，連同支票存入收據，提交到FFCIL以核實存款及支票存入者的資料。 如客戶未能提交支票圖像，FFCIL會向客戶收取每張支票港幣 110 元以作沖印支票的相關行政費。同時，該筆款項將不會被存入客戶於FFCIL的證券帳戶內，直至FFCIL從銀行獲得該支票的存入者資料，一般情況下，此流程須時14個工作天(實際時間以銀行為准)。如核實支票為第三者存款，不論任何金額，FFCIL不會將該筆存款存入客戶的證券賬戶。該筆資金會於支票兌現後，方可視為有效之存款。
	Clients have to provide the image of the cheque (the name of the client must be clearly shown), together with the deposit advice for our verification of the deposit and the information of the depositor. If you are not able to provide us with the image of the cheque, there will be an administrative fee of HKD110 for each cheque for us to retrieve the cheque image from the bank. In addition, the fund will not be credited to your account(s) until we have obtained the information of depositor from bank and this process may require 14 business days (subject to bank for actual time needed). If the cheque is identified as third-party cheque deposit, we will not credit the fund to client's account(s) irrespective to the deposit amount. The fund will be considered as a valid deposit after the cheque is cleared.
4.	轉賬 (包括透過銀行櫃檯、自動櫃員機、網上銀行、轉數快)
	Bank Transfer (including deposit through bank counter, ATM, Online banking and FPS)
	客戶必須於存款後提供存款證明，以茲識別。如客戶存款而未有提供存款收據及存款人訊息，FFCIL保留權利向客戶要求提供訊息以識別存款人的身份，客戶必須向FFCIL提交存款證明文件以證明該筆款項是來自客戶本人的銀行賬戶。如FFCIL對客戶的存款交易有任何懷疑，FFCIL將不會把款項存入客戶於FFCIL的證券帳戶內，直至客戶能提交足夠資料以證明存款人為客戶本人。>客戶必須於存款後提供存款證明，以茲識別。如客戶存款而未有提供存款收據及存款人訊息，FFCIL保留權利向客戶要求提供訊息以識別存款人的身份，客戶必須向FFCIL提交存款證明文件以證明該筆款項是來自客戶本人的銀行賬戶。如FFCIL對客戶的存款交易有任何懷疑，FFCIL將不會把款項存入客戶於FFCIL的證券帳戶內，直至客戶能提交足夠資料以證明存款人為客戶本人。
	Client must provide a valid proof of the deposit to us for verification of the depositor.If clients’ deposits without providing any deposit advice and the identity of the depositor, we reserve the right to obtain information from the account holder to confirm the identity of the depositor. If there is any suspicious transaction found, we will not credit the fund to clients account(s) until your provision of the deposit/ transfer advice to us to prove the identity of the depositor.

提款 Fund Withdrawal

如客戶需從證券戶口提取款項，可致電閣下的客戶經理或本公司客戶服務熱線 (852) 3955 5000，向相關人員發出提款指令。
If you wish to withdraw money from your securities account, please contact your Account Executive or our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 3955 5000 to place a fund withdrawal instruction.

電郵途徑By E-mail
客戶可電郵至我們的客戶服務部 cr@ffchk.com 發出提款指示，請注意客戶必須使用已在本公司登記的指定電郵地址並提供以下資料：
Client may place fund withdrawal instruction by email to our Customer Services Department at cr@ffchk.com, please note that client must use the designated email address registered with us and the following information should be provided:
- 賬戶號碼 Account ID
- 客戶名稱 Client Name
- 提款貨幣 Withdrawal Currency
- 提款金額 Withdrawal Amount
- 提款方式 Withdrawal Method: 支票By cheque / 轉賬By Transfer


提款須知 Withdrawal Notice:

1.	如客戶在早上11時或之前下達有關指令，本公司會於當天辦理該提款指令。
	All withdrawal instructions received after 11:00 a.m. will be handled on the next trade day.
2.	本公司於核對客戶賬戶資金狀況後，如一切無誤，將盡快安排款項存入客戶名下的指定銀行賬戶內。如客戶未有指明，本公司會把有關款項以劃線支票形式存入客戶指定之銀行戶口。
	Fund withdrawal instruction will be processed when sufficient fund maintains in the account. If not specified by client, payment will be made by crossed cheque into client’s designated bank account.
3.	如客戶的銀行戶口不在香港 (即只可透過海外轉賬) 或 客戶選擇透過本地轉賬形式提款，本公司將會收取手續費分別港幣$360及 港幣$300 (各另加銀行費用，如有)。
	If client’s bank account is not located in Hong Kong (i.e. could only via Overseas Transfer) or client requests to withdraw fund by local transfer, a handling fee of HK$360 and HK$300 (plus bank charges each, if any) will be charged respectively.
